How to return an item?

What is your return policy?
Don't worry! We'll make sure to solve this for you. If for any reason, you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer support at our contact us page who will be more than happy to assist you. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered.
Please try to have the following information ready, so that our customer support team can help you as quick as possible:
Order number
A photo image of the product
Name of product
The carrier has been unable to deliver your parcel to you. If your tracking is showing as being returned, don't worry! We'll make sure to help you with this. Please reach out to our customer support at our contact us page, who will be more than happy to assist you.
Please try to have the following information ready, so that our customer support team can help you as quick as possible:
- Order number
- A photo image of the product
- Name of product
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@2jewellery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
